If you would like to update the email address associated with your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account, follow the steps below.

Important: If you signed in using a social login (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), you must first create a password for your account and sign in using your email address and password before you can change your email address.

Web Browser

1. Log in to https://connect-au.beinsports.com/en/
2. Go to 'My Account'.
3. Click 'Change email'.
   
    
4. Enter your Current Password.
5. Type your new email address. Click 'Change email address'.
   
    
6. A verification email will be sent to your account automatically. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to verify your account.

Mobile Apps

1. Tap the profile icon at the bottom corner of your home screen.
2. Tap 'Edit Profile'.
   
    
3. Tap the "Change" button next to your current email.
4. Enter your current password. Tap 'Continue'.
   
    
5. Enter your new email address. Tap 'Change email address' to confirm.
   
    
6. A verification email will be sent to your account automatically. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to verify your account.
