beIN SPORTS CONNECT automatically adjusts video quality based on your internet connection strength. The quality of the stream will fluctuate in response to changes in your connection stability, ensuring the best possible viewing experience.

However, you can manually change the video quality on your video player.

Web Browser

1. On the video player, select the gear icon at the bottom right hand corner.
2. Select the resolution as desired.

• beIN SPORTS 1, 2, and 3: Available in Full HD (1080p).
• XTRA Channels: Available in HD (720p).

Mobile Apps

1. Ensure your app is on Version 4.0 or above.
2. On the video player, select the gear icon at the top right hand corner.
   
   
3. Tap on 'Quality' and select the resolution as desired.
