Your beIN SPORTS CONNECT username is the email address or phone number you used to create your account.

If the login page doesn’t recognize your email or phone number, try the steps below:

Search your inbox

• Look for a “Product Sales” email or any receipt from beIN SPORTS CONNECT in your email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders.
• If you can’t find any emails, it's possible you used a different email or made a typo during sign-up.

Try logging in with a linked account

• If you signed up using Google or Facebook, try using the same login option again.
• For iOS users, you may have registered using an Apple ID - tap the Apple icon to log in.
• Once logged in, go to Profile > Subscription to check if the account has an active subscription

Forgot Password

• Enter any email addresses you use into Forgot your Password? on the Log in page.
• A password reset email will be sent if there’s an account associated with the email you entered.
• Didn’t get the reset email? Be sure to check your spam, junk, and other inbox folders.
