If you have an active subscription but are still being prompted to "Subscribe" or cannot view live content, your account may need to be synced or your purchase restored.
1. The Quick Refresh
Sometimes the app needs a manual refresh to recognize your updated status.
Log Out & In: Fully sign out of the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app, close the app completely, and then log back in.
2. Are you logged in to the right account?
Check Your Email: Ensure you are signed in to the beIN SPORTS CONNECT account associated with the email address where you received your subscription confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the subscription confirmation mail, please refer to our guide: Could I Have Created Multiple Accounts?
3. Restore Purchase (Mobile App Subscribers)
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and your benefits are missing, you may need to "link" the store transaction to your beIN account:
Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app on the device you used to subscribe.
Ensure you are logged into the app with the beIN SPORTS CONNECT account associated with the email address where you received your subscription confirmation email.
Go to the Profile icon (bottom right).
Tap on Subscription > Restore Purchases.
Why is this necessary?
If you created your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account with a different email than your Apple ID or Google account, the "Restore" button tells the store to send the "Proof of Purchase" to your correct beIN SPORTS CONNECT account.

A screenshot of your Profile page (showing the logged-in email).
A full copy of your receipt (from your email, Google Play, or Apple App Store).
