2. Will my subscription be canceled, or will my live sports coverage be cut off?
If your credit card expires between 9 July and 20 August: No, your access will not be cut off. Because the system maintenance prevents you from updating your card details, we have proactively paused your billing and extended your viewing access. Your access to content will continue completely uninterrupted.
If your credit card is active: Your account is unaffected. Regular renewals will process as scheduled, and your access remains fully active.
3. When will I be charged if my card expires during this period?
Any subscription renewals deferred due to an expired card during this maintenance window will be processed after the migration is complete, once your updated payment details are successfully in place.
